Drive-up 15×50 units

12×14 overhead doors and a 100 ft wide driveway make backing in a long trailer simple, even on your own.

Climate control

Stable temperature and humidity protect electronics, upholstery and wooden accents from moisture, mold and cracking.

A camera on your unit

24/7 night-vision HD surveillance across the site, plus a camera inside your unit you can check from your phone.

Wash station and power

Rinse off on the way in. A 20 amp outlet in the unit keeps the battery topped up.

How much protection does your boat need?

Outdoor lots and covered parking still leave a boat open to sun, wind-driven rain and theft. A fully enclosed, climate-controlled unit covers all of it.

Outdoor

Open to sun, rain and wind. UV fades paint and fiberglass, rain brings rot and mildew, and wind throws debris.
Covered

Out of most sun and rain, but still exposed to wind, vandalism and theft.
Indoor

Out of sight and out of the weather. Temperature and humidity still swing with the seasons.

Boat storage questions

What sizes of boats can you accommodate?

Everything from small fishing boats and jet skis to large pontoons and center consoles. Our 15×50 units leave room to maneuver. Call with your length and height and we will confirm the fit.

Can I get to my boat at any time?

Yes. Tenants have 24/7 access with their own code on the keypad or in the Titan app, so an early launch or a quick maintenance visit is never a problem.

Are climate-controlled units available for boats?

Yes. Climate control guards against heat and humidity and helps prevent moisture damage to electronics, upholstery and wood.

What security is in place?

A fenced, gated site with 24/7 night-vision camera coverage, a unique PIN for every tenant and a camera inside each unit you can view remotely.

Do you offer long-term rates?

Yes. We offer short and long-term options, and longer leases can bring the rate down. Live rates are online, or call the team to plan the right term.

What maintenance can I do while it is stored?

Basic upkeep like checking the battery is fine. Major repairs should be handled offsite. Ask the team if you are unsure.

Can I store other equipment with my boat?

Yes. There is room for life vests, fishing gear, accessories and maintenance tools alongside the boat, so everything lives in one secure space.
