Why most units fall short

Big things do not fit in a 10×10

Standard self storage was built for boxes. Narrow halls, small doors and tight lanes rule out a trailer or a loader. So big items end up outside, in the sun and rain.

Titan was built only for oversized storage. Drive-up units, 12×14 doors and a 100 ft wide driveway let you back in, unload and lock up behind a gated, camera-watched fence.

How much protection do your big items need?

Parking a trailer or equipment outside leaves it to weather and theft. An enclosed, climate-controlled unit protects it from both.

Outdoor

Open to sun, rain and wind. UV fades paint and fiberglass, rain brings rot and mildew, and wind throws debris.
Covered

Out of most sun and rain, but still exposed to wind, vandalism and theft.
Indoor

Out of sight and out of the weather. Temperature and humidity still swing with the seasons.

Oversized storage questions

What can I store in an oversized unit?

Furniture, appliances, seasonal decorations, large boxes, trailers, equipment and vehicles. Tell us what you have and we will help you find the right unit.

Is climate-controlled storage available?

Yes. Climate control protects electronics, wood furniture and other delicate items from heat and humidity.

What security is in place?

Gated access, a perimeter fence, 24/7 night-vision surveillance and a unique PIN for every tenant, plus an in-unit camera you can view remotely.

Can I access my unit anytime?

Yes. Tenants have 24/7 access with their code or the Titan app.

Is there a minimum rental period?

No long commitment. Leases are month to month, so you can store short or long term. Give 15 days notice before you move out.

Are there restrictions on what I can store?

Perishable and hazardous materials are not allowed, for safety and compliance. Call us if you have questions about a specific item.

How do I choose the right size unit?

Our team will help you pick a unit that fits your items, so you only pay for the space you need.
