Pull right up to your door. Wide drives and oversized doors make backing in a 40 ft coach simple.

Stable temperature and humidity protect interiors, electronics, upholstery and cabinetry from mold, fading and cracking.

A camera on your unit

24/7 HD surveillance across the site, plus a camera inside your unit you can check from your phone.

Power in the unit

A 20 amp outlet in most units keeps the battery charged. A limited number of 50 amp units are available.

How much protection does your RV need?

Outdoor lots and carports leave an RV exposed. An enclosed, climate-controlled unit is the only level that covers sun, rain, wind, theft and humidity together.

Outdoor

Open to sun, rain and wind. UV fades paint and fiberglass, rain brings rot and mildew, and wind throws debris.
Covered

Out of most sun and rain, but still exposed to wind, vandalism and theft.
Indoor

Out of sight and out of the weather. Temperature and humidity still swing with the seasons.

RV storage questions

What types of RVs can you accommodate?

Small campers, travel trailers, fifth wheels and large motorhomes. Our 15×50 units fit most rigs. Call us with your length and height to confirm the right fit.

Do you have climate-controlled units for RVs?

Yes. Climate control protects your RV from humidity and temperature swings, so interiors, electronics and other sensitive parts stay in good condition through long-term storage.

Is my RV safe at Titan?

The site is gated and fenced, recorded 24/7 by night-vision cameras, and every tenant has a unique access PIN. Each unit also has its own camera you can view remotely.

Can I access my RV anytime?

Yes. Tenants have 24-hour access every day of the year with their code on the keypad or in the Titan app.

Do you offer seasonal storage?

Yes. Leases are month to month, so you can store for one season or year-round. Give 15 days notice before you move out.

Can I do maintenance while it is stored?

Basic upkeep like checking the battery or tires is fine. For larger repairs, contact the team first so the work fits facility rules.

Do you provide electrical hookups?

Most units include a 20 amp outlet, enough to keep a battery charged with an adapter. A limited number of 50 amp units are available at a higher rate for running more systems.
